Our renowned world class champion Martin Tauber from Seefeld will show you all the little secrets of both classic-style and skating. You can choose from cross-country skiing, skating or combined biathlon. Your training units with Martin Tauber take place at the new shooting range (shooting at a high heart-rate).

Cross-country s skiing is highly recommended by medical experts. It uses the two poles to work the upper body while skiing. It increases your heart rate without increasing your perceived rate of exertion. At the same time cross-country skiing has many positive effects on high blood pressure and overweight while it strengthens your stamina. It is proved that some 90% of all muscle are involved in the training – similar to swimming in summer.

Enjoy wonderful cross-country skiing and skating on 260km of perfectly prepared tracks for beginners, advanced and experts (both classic style and skating). The 3km night track in Möserertal is lit up from Monday to Friday, 5 pm to 8.30pm.

Several times the Olympia Region cross-country skiing tracks ranked among the best European Nordic skiing trails world-wide according to ADAC Guide. Many national and international teams spend their training days here by performing thrilling Nordic competitions.
